GridFox
This is another nifty Firefox extension that I stumbled upon. It puts a grid overlay directly over the browser window. Pretty cool, eh?

I Heart Good Typography
I'm starting to see a slow resurgence and understanding in the value of good typography these days. Surprisingly, it's online. There was a time when online designers did not know how to apply leading and kerning to the web however it's starting to slowly change.
Here's a great article on it.

By applying a special behavior to your PNG images, you can force IE6 to display them with their alpha transparency intact.

NBJ Homepage Mockup
Hey Everyone, here's a quick overview of the NBJ (Nutrition Business Journal) project thus far. I've included moodboards created by Jennie and me. I've also included an artifact (post-it notes on a board) from the content organizing process for the redesign. Crits are welcome.

Followed Terry's suggestion of making the brown warmer. I also did a little pushing a and pulling with the header of Research Products vs the category headers that sit under it. With the size of "Research Products", there was no need to make it darker than the category headers.
